I've tried to set up the 'Printable Version' page so you will be able to print on
one side of a sheet of paper. Sometimes you may need both sides of the paper. If you need both sides, simply follow the
instructions below.
Using the printer command center (Microsoft Windows), find the Page Range command options. Click on 'Pages': enter 1,
print that page, reinsert the paper so it will then print the other side, click on 'Pages' again, select 2, print that page.
Sometimes I get a little long winded, so it's a good idea to check the Print Preview on the Printable Version page first. If you're
using the Internet Explorer, go to File, click on 'Print Preview'. This will show you the page(s) as it/they will appear on paper. If
you only see the words 'Page 1 of 2'. Go ahead and print first page 1, then page two...using your printer commands.
If you see 'Page 1 of 3' then you need to click on 'Page Setup' which may just be an Icon of a gear against a page. The first
thing to try is to highlight then erase the text in the 'Header' and the 'Footer' boxes. This may fix the problem. If not, Look for
'Margins' this will show how the text will be oriented on the page. Highlight the top margin, then type 0. You may need to do
the same for the bottom margin. Click 'OK' then at the top of the preview page, click 'Print', click 'Pages', enter 1, click print.
Now you may need to repeat for page 2.If you're using a different browser (I use Mozilla's Firefox), the print preview page is
similar if not easier to use.
