I like to share. I've been doing a lot of cooking and baking since I've retired. 
Some have said I'm a pretty fair cook. I only know that our friends, Carol and 
I enjoy many of these recipes I've discovered, re-discovered or created. Some 
of them you may have sent. Feel free to send more. I'll give credit to the sender. 

I have to add a little warning. I have more time for cooking than most. Some 
of my favorites take lots of time. A few, more than a day to complete.
